Jabil, a manufacturing services firm, announced that it has issued a warrant to Amazon.com (NASDAQ: AMZN ). This warrant allows Amazon to buy up to 1.16 million shares in the company, leading to a rise in Jabil's stock price by as much as 4.3%.

The initial exercise price for the shares has been set at $137.77 each. This price is based on the volume-weighted average price of Jabil's shares over the previous 30 trading days.
