Investing.com – Finland stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Consumer Services , Financials and Industrials sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Helsinki, the OMX Helsinki 25 added 0.04%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Helsinki 25 were Nordea Bank Abp (HE: NDAFI ), which rose 2.14% or 0.26 points to trade at 12.19 at the close. Meanwhile, Mandatum Oyj (HE: MANTA ) added 1.73% or 0.10 points to end at 5.75 and Metso Oyj (HE: METSO ) was up 0.97% or 0.11 points to 10.97 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Neste Oyj (HE: NESTE ), which fell 2.76% or 0.25 points to trade at 8.89 at the close. Kesko Oyj (HE: KESKOB ) declined 1.41% or 0.27 points to end at 18.59 and Stora Enso Oyj R (HE: STERV ) was down 1.38% or 0.13 points to 9.01.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Helsinki Stock Exchange by 83 to 83 and 22 ended unchanged.
Shares in Stora Enso Oyj R (HE: STERV ) fell to 3-years lows; falling 1.38% or 0.13 to 9.01.
Brent oil for June delivery was down 0.29% or 0.21 to $72.16 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Crude oil for delivery in May fell 0.43% or 0.30 to hit $68.81 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract rose 0.44% or 13.49 to trade at $3,057.49 a troy ounce.
EUR/USD was unchanged 0.06% to 1.08, while EUR/GBP unchanged 0.18% to 0.83.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.17% at 103.76.
