Investing.com – Norway stocks were higher after the close on Friday, as gains in the Healthcare Equipment & Services , Pharma Biotech & Life Sciences and Utilities sectors led shares higher.

At the close in Oslo, the Oslo OBX added 1.16% to hit a new all time high.

The best performers of the session on the Oslo OBX were Hafnia Ltd (OL: HAFNI ), which rose 5.46% or 2.88 points to trade at 55.62 at the close. Meanwhile, Hoegh Autoliners ASA (OL: HAUTO ) added 3.53% or 3.05 points to end at 89.35 and Tomra Systems ASA (OL: TOM ) was up 2.81% or 4.20 points to 153.90 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA (OL: NAS ), which fell 0.40% or 0.06 points to trade at 13.65 at the close. SalMar ASA (OL: SALM ) declined 0.20% or 1.00 points to end at 510.00 and Norsk Hydro ASA (OL: NHY ) was down 0.17% or 0.10 points to 57.56.

Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Oslo Stock Exchange by 190 to 84 and 24 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for June delivery was up 0.78% or 0.48 to $62.10 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in July rose 0.68% or 0.44 to hit $64.97 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract fell 1.47% or 47.56 to trade at $3,179.04 a troy ounce.

EUR/NOK was down 0.21% to 11.60, while USD/NOK rose 0.09% to 10.40.

The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.24% at 100.97.
