Investing.com – Morocco stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Utilities , Banking and Mining sectors led shares lower.

At the close in Casablanca, the Moroccan All Shares fell 0.51%.

The best performers of the session on the Moroccan All Shares were Label Vie (CSE: LBV ), which rose 4.68% or 220.00 points to trade at 4,920.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Jet Contractors (CSE: JET ) added 3.88% or 80.00 points to end at 2,140.00 and Ennakl Automobiles (CSE: NKL ) was up 2.59% or 0.83 points to 32.90 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Societe Equipement Domestique et Menager SA (CSE: EQD ), which fell 8.02% or 97.00 points to trade at 1,113.00 at the close. Salafin (CSE: SLF ) declined 7.04% or 43.60 points to end at 575.40 and Cartier Saada (CSE: CRS ) was down 4.32% or 1.67 points to 37.00.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Casablanca Stock Exchange by 41 to 13 and 7 ended unchanged.

Shares in Label Vie (CSE: LBV ) rose to 3-years highs; gaining 4.68% or 220.00 to 4,920.00.

Crude oil for August delivery was down 0.45% or 0.30 to $66.68 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in September fell 0.26% or 0.18 to hit $69.03 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract fell 0.13% or 4.40 to trade at $3,354.70 a troy ounce.

EUR/MAD was up 0.10% to 10.53, while USD/MAD rose 0.25% to 9.05.

The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.47% at 98.22.
