Under legal issues for securities disclosure issues (or shareholders wanting to re-coop losses) Not sure if inventory disclosure issues really impact a businesses profitability or is considered enough to reward shareholders for losses, as that doesn't really impact profitability or value as carrying costs is already included in opex, but I'm not a fundamental analysis person Technically has several reasons this level may offer some medium term support I personally like higher potential profits but this one has a big cushion in terms of cash on hand (Quick ratio) has 30% insider ownership, has changed the management quickly upon the issue being raised, and is a relatively stable business from a profitability standpoint Not crazy cheap but has been driven down by bad news only and reaching technical levels of support with patterns emerging with oversold indicators and 18 year highs offering a zone of support meaning the path of least resistance is likely higher as all of the sellers have likely already sold Not looking to hold this one forever but may do a 1 year trade on it and try to capture the easy 50%

"Should I stay or should I go" QUBT falling out

Well, it broke out of the triangle, only not in the direction I was hoping for. Read up on the news about Jensen Huang bashing the quantum industry, also checked some background on QUBT (overvaluation concerns). I bought in at 17.50 about a week ago, being patient with the pennant. My thoughts: - Simply hold for the long run and don't panic, or - Sell and get out of it before it goes goes down even further towards annihilation (?) I must admit it was a bit of a gamble based on sentiment and technical anaysis (still learning!) (due diligence on the company should have warned me a bit) Any views and thoughts on it are most welcome!

After the short term rise last week which can be considered as a signal we have corrected downward again. We are close to the bottom of the range again now and if the stock will really rise then this may be the chance of an entry.

symmetri triangel

Eli Lilly has formed a symmetrical triangle after falling from an ascending trend. The hypothesis is supported by decreasing volume towards the apex. Ideally, the breakout should occur 2/3 of the way into the triangle. That is not the case here. Now we are close to the apex, so a breakout must be imminent. It is difficult to predict the direction of the breakout with a symmetrical triangle, even though the upper boundary has been tested the most. Be mindful of false breakouts – a true breakout should occur with high volume. Disclaimer: I have a position in Eli Lilly.
